I'd buy the whole powder Lion's Mane from a supplier, not the Lion's Mane extract. If you want to comprehend what it's doing to your body, go give yourself a big hangover. Then, parachute two tablespoons of it with a napkin on an empty stomach. You'll notice the effect of the peptides in it. I'd take half a tablespoon of Lion's Mane in the morning and evening after that. Brahmi (either bacopa or Gotu Kola) can be purchased cheaply in the whole powder (not extract) form. There's no reason not to take a whole tablespoon up to twice a day. A tablespoon of bacopa was about 6 grams on my digital scale. Brahmi and Lion's Mane have great long term benefits.
Pyritnol is decent for energy. Consider adding P5P as a form of B6 that pyritinol cannot be converted to. Use it for energy when necessary.
I wasn't a big fan of piracetam on its own. I only took it when staking with aniracetam or pramiracetam. I don't take any -racetams because it doesn't seem worth it. Your mileage my vary.
I have no experience with noopept.
centrophenoxine, in the end, is a very very fancy choline source as I understand it. It promotes lipofuscion and whatnot, so it's probably useful to use a few times, but in the end AlphaGPC or CDPcholine will do the trick for you.
Fish Oil - there's no reason not to take 3grams a day. Also, consider adding uridine (very cheap $12 a month) along with your fish oil.
