So what I have here are two seperate regimens from to seperate people treating the same disorder. The first has no coexisting condition. The second has HPA Axis/Adrenal problems along with the disorder. Sorry I don't have more details on the second regimen nut it's all I have to work with. My intention is to combine the two regimens for this particular person to treat their Depersonalization/Derealization. I am not confident in my abilitly to sift through all the information on interactions, contraindications and risks of certain combinations in the amount of time I have. I'm hoping someone on here can help me narrow it down to which the better of the two is, and what would be the best, safe combination of the two. I would like to keep the HPA/Adrenal benefits of the second one, while keeping the cognitive enhancement of the first. Any input would be appreciated.
Aniracetam - 2 - 700 mg capsules daily, 1 morning, 1 afternoon
Alpha GPC - jarrow formulas, 2 300 mg capsules daily, 1 with each Aniracetam
DMAE - jarrow formulas, 1 - 150 mg tablet daily
Sharp Thought - Country Life, 3 capsules daily for 1 week, then reduce to one a day
Coenzyme B Complex - Country Life, directions vary upon your sensitivity
Any USP Certified Fish Oil, high DHA content 2,000 - 5,000 mg daily

Right now i'm basically taking fish oil everyday. B-vitamins but I don't think they really help as I have tried the sublingual, coenzyme and regular tabs and it never seemed to help. I take inisitol 6 grams a day. I am going to a health specialist and she has me on A-F betafood and cataplex g. She also has me on symplex m, hypothalamus, and black coheesh seed or something like that for my hpa axis/ adrenal problems. That's what I take regularly. Sometimes I might take piracetam, gpc, nac, niacin, and a few others. I used to take alive multivitamins but never seen much relief with them so i don't even take multi's anymore. I used to take gnc phosphatydlserine and liked that but it was to expensive and with all the other supplements. I just took that one off. so i probally will try the sharp thought supplement you suggested. But basically just give me a list of what you think I should be taking and how I should do it - What i should start with and add later etc. Thanks for all the help and I'm looking foward to getting better.
