If you don't understand the principles of 'lean thinking' in business. I highly recommend it, for the purpose of benefiting your longevity regimen.

The most important idea is 'continual improvement' - getting better at whatever it is you are doing slowly but surely everyday.

This means documenting and standardizing certain practises so they can honed and refined over time - eg. making a note of when you need to take supplements etc... How your exercise program is progressing....

What are you doing each day 'to continually improve'?

I believe there's no real benefits of any action if it wasn't properly planned - objectives may be reached, but possibly it could be done faster / better / might require less work.

For me, allowing time to simple pass leads to end of a day, when I realise how much time I wasted. I don't like this kind of feeling, therefore I'm going to start writing down my main goals, divide them accordingly to how much time is needed to attain each one, and use the schema to make a plan for coming week, two weeks, month etc.

I didn't never use this method except for preparing work for next day, but it seems reasonable and worth giving a try.

I'm also quite sure that if someone is a type of thinker, he would benefit greatly from taking everyday notes about observations, conclusions and all new and interesting thoughts in general. Obviously, one could say that's one of the reasons why people like blogging - maybe, but private notes can be more precise. It's also not the same as keeping a diary.

I have monthly and yearly goals separated into two sections, mind and body
For body my goals are weightlifting (deadlift, snatch, etc), skills (i.e. one arm handstands, pistols, l-seat holds), meeting nutritional targets, and skin and oral health regime consistency. For continual improvement I am always researching more efficient ways of doing things and what is available to help me improve. I am doing laser eye surgery next month, and am currently researching adult orthodontics (inman aligner) to fix some lower teeth crowding, after that, possibly some mole removal or a small FUE hair transplant to fill in some recession.

For mind, I am normally doing a course of some sorts, normally technology based, but I am currently doing an MBA via distance learning which is taking up most of my time. I also try to do mediation, I'm currently doing the hemisync gateway experience which is very good.

I do have a full time job, but luckily I work from home full time so the time I saving from commuting I can put to better use. I  dont own a TV. I am single so I can spend my money as I please.

Improvement is something that you could benefit from most especially when you apply it to your lifestyle.  There must be that constant search for something to be better at.

And being content with what you are, though what is taught in some domains, is actually going to work against your hunger or your drive to be better.

By the end of the day, it would be more of a matter of choosing what you are going to follow strictly, but that should be something that could be considered lightly.
