I'm looking for the best ginseng for depression it seem to be between siberian ginseng or panax ginseng any thoughts?

Siberian Ginseng for more immediate action. Panax Ginseng seems to have more of a build up effect over several weeks if I'm right? I still prefer Rhodiola over these, even though it's not "Ginseng".
