I see "herbal" below but only cites Ginseng.

ginkgo, ginger, and regrettably also piracetam.  Vasodilation is widely considered a good thing.

 

a lot of these potentially fall into beta-blocker territory and i really don't advise treating anything advanced like that yourself, including fibrillation and crippling anxiety and the likes
