Hey, I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on a good stack that fits my needs. I am looking for something that will make me alert, focused, clear-headed, and provide me with the motivation I need to get through my day. I am already currently exercising and taking a multi-vitamin with fish oil and Rhodiola Rosea. What could you guys recommend me to start with?

I would go with l-tyrosine on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Around lunchtime, I would do DMAE and trimethylgylcine.
The tyrosine is good for the L-dopa, dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine series. THis should give you good desire and drive. The added acetylcholine from the DMAE is a nice energy to go with the focus. I like TMG because I'm a slow methylator and the DMAE can have some negative effects for those with less active methylation pathways (methionine/SAM/homocysteine - folic acid/B12 cycles).
I find tyrosine very strong for me, so I would start with low doses (sub-500 mg) and work up. TMG is 1000 mg, and DMAE is 100 mg.
This stack has me dropping about 1.5 to 2 minutes off my mile times on runs of about 6 miles if you time it correctly (DMAE/TMG about 2 hrs before exercise).
