A good friend of mine complains of low energy/stamina. He's in his late forties, healthy, in his right weight. I already recommended the basic vits and ALA-ALCAR, but it wasn't enough for him. He needs to feel more vital and needs the energy. He's doing some cardio, but probably not enough to feel the benefits.
I'd rather not recommend any pharmaceuticals, as I think he wouldn't go for that.
What's a sustainable regimen for improving his situation? . (I'm looking to give him something longer lived than caffeine, rhodiola, etc, more of a systemic, base thing)
His thyroids are OK.
