Greetings,

Around 30-90 minutes after taking my morning Nootropics I like to come up with a claim or problem. I then spend some time writing and/or meditating on it and then research solutions/other peoples claims/conclusions regarding the topic. As an example on of the recent things I contemplated was the idea that the universe, despite being a seemingly chaotic system, is actually subject to the revolution of cyclical phenomena which exhibits wave-like effects (my homage to Schrodinger) which are governed by cause and effect relationships.

What I'm looking for is ideas on other philosophical/meta-physical points to ponder and/or I would like to know if any one else has attempted similar exercises. If you have, have you found that the Nootropics have increased your ability to understand and contemplate these materials?

If you take Nootropics but have never tried an experiment like this I advise you to give it a whirl. Feel free to ask questions if something isn't clear.

Namaste,
Kagalive

The fact that the universe is metered and tempo'd by wave-like and cyclical harmonies is nothing new. Almost everything can be reduced to a wave formation, or be shown to have some sort of cycle. Think sine wave, and circle. Together, these things form the fractal-like, end up where you started, patterns that permeate/comprise nature, and, probably, the very fabric of our existence. I think everything has a rhythm, is patterned, and was designed to function in harmony with everything else. If we see something as chaotic or in a state of chaos, then it is only because we have not realized/discovered the underlying "beat," and so we end up in a state of confusion/chaos or lack of understanding. Something engineered like the stock market initially seems chaotic, complex, and unpredictable, and exposure to it can easily pull us into a matching state of confusion/chaos, but then we begin to realize how it all comes together, and the markets begin to seem simple, and understandable. The markets were never chaotic, per say, we just didn't understand how they worked. I think the same is true for a lot of other things.

You could say that finding God, or finding meaning, will be the end of a cycle that lands you right back where it all began, but with a new found clarity and an awakening as to what it's all about. What's important is that we end up back where we started, yes, but usually not empty handed. We end up with new knowledge, or new understanding, or new discoveries, or new life, etc. Maybe it all cycles on itself with a destination in mind, and it's all about getting to that destination, to start the journey again.

The only ideas I have while taking nootropics are those dreaming up other supplements I could try to get this mystical nootropic effect people talk about. For example, they mention L-Glutamic Acid helps Piracetam non-responders, so I then notice that L-Theanine is composed of L-Glutamic Acid and something else, and begin to theorize that L-Theanine may synergize well with Piracetam, and then I begin the research/experimentation. I'm not sure if that line of thinking is helped by nootropics, or if it's just me, because I'm prone to that pattern of thinking anyway.
