kind of updated version of my previous "car accident" post.. long story short, for 1.3 years, i was under extreme physical stress, my axis vertebrae, was compressing my brain stem and causing extreme anxiety on a daily basis, as well as severe head pressure, i was in a perpetual state of panic for over a year!
what i am left with is severe depersonalization, brain fog or whatever term you feel is appropriate. I am justd looking to heal my brain, my upper cervical issues are being taken care of finally, and i am healing in that regard, and no longer have that severe anxiety, but it is time to heal my brain. this fog i am in is outrageous and ridiculous, and unsustainable.
take a look below and read my current "treatment plan", and if you would be kind enough to let me know if there is anything else i can do in terms of lifestyle therapies and/or additional supplement recommendations you deem fit for my situation. it should be noted, that i havent started any of these therapies yet, because i am waiting to resolve my tension headaches, which at the current rate, should be gone in about a couple weeks.. the tension headaches are stressful,and i dont want any stress to get in the way of my treatment, and once my cervical issues are resolved, i can start this treatment plan simultaneously, and i will totally annihilate my brain fog with a blitzkrieg type attack!!

earthing regularly (walking barefoot on sand or natural soil, to receive the electromagnetic benefits)
exercise (moderate because of adrenal fatigue)
ayuervedic treatment (various herbs and stress reduction therapies ie herbal massages)
listen to christian praise music (not religious, but it makes me feel wonderful)

primal diet (lots of plants and animals, raw goats milk with meals, for the selenium and amino acids)
lots of kefir (the connection between gut flora and brain function is irrefutable)

fish oil (high dose)
krill oil
royal jelly
amino acid therapy (done by naturopath)
spirulina/ chlorella
mineral drops (has over 72 trace minerals? per serving, will mix it with my morning protein shake)
himalayan salt
n acetylcysteine
will cerebroylsin cause anxiety? is it stimulating at all? i am extremely sensitive to stimulants, and hope this is not the case.
