Here is a research idea from Dr. Kyriazis. What effect do lifestyle choices have on telomere length. Seems like it could be a value-priced effort - kind-of like a 23andMe style genetic analysis.

Any thoughts.

I am waiting for my TeloMe Kit, I funded their IndieGoGo campaign. I am just not sure if knowing the average length is really all that valuable, but the distribution profiles by cell type are still not really cheap.

What is telome kit ? Do it extend the telomere length?

Telome kits are used to measure one's telomeres. You put the requested samples into the vessel they send you and mail it to them and they measure the length of your telomeres. Welcome to LC Akhil, what part of India are you from? Don't forget to start a thread in the introductions forum. It's great to have users from newly developed economies. We'd like to spread the word about life extension and establish global support/demand.
