I got this box with a microbe cultivation- juice as a gift!? It's supposed to support gastrointestinal health. I know that people who are in to raw food promote this. I heard it was pretty expensive so I am wondering if the product is worth the buck? It seems legit and needs to be refrigerated so it wont be spoiled. I feel that my stomach is better but it could just as easily be that I switched diets recently. I think our intestinal health is probably one of the biggest concerns in modern life to achieve good health. A healthy diet might not do shit if it was that there is something wrong in our intestinal environment. They are called probiotics! Does anyone know more about this?

Lactobacillus casei
