Hi,

So from using things, and if someone becomes much more of a better spirit, as in they are highly motivated to do good.

So pretty much, they feel like they can go anywhere and do all the charity or work or anything, all good whatever it is and be greatly happy when that is over because they are happy.

Because, it is starting to come down and like we need to keep it up with the energy, and certain things can help do that,

so please, I firstly say sorry for this thread, but I would please like some advice on hot to keep that line/spark/spirit /motivation power will up high, or at least at a good level...

ok?

thank you :)

Why post in response to the thread if you have nothing constructive to add?

OP, there are a variety of supplements touted to offer an increase in the spirit/ will/ motivation you speak of. I'd recommend a good food based multivitamin, make sure it has mixed tocopherols in the ingredients (many list vitamin E but merely include synthetic alpha tocopherol, dosing that alone can do more harm than good). From personal experience I recommend garden of life's multi, which based on its low price I've continued to buy every month. I've also used LEF mix and aor ortho core in the past with mixed results - LEF gave me a little boost in energy but for taking 6 pills a day and the high price, wasn't practical. As for the ortho core pills, I experienced nothing. I only used both for a month and I'm not at all judging the products by my results in such a little time, just stating the results I did get in that time frame. Personally supplementing with vitamin D3 (2,000-5,000 IU a day) has boosted my energy. Daily vigorous cardio exercise for 30-40 minutes (e.g. on a stationary bike) or even an hours walk would slowly boost your energy over time. Abstinence from porn & masturbation have also been said by many to offer this benefit, and from personal experience when I've went without that for a week, I do seem to have more drive, focus, and energy, but it seems to come hand in hand with more anger and irritability (or maybe that's just being less passive).

As for herbs, I've never taken Reishi but plan on it some time, and if I was to recommend one to you that'd be it based on the effect you're looking for.

Sleeping atleast 8 hours, exercising atleast 40 minutes a day and removing any saturated fats and refined foods is good. You could also look into fasting, since it completely detoxifies the body of the toxins that is found in our food. Doing these things support brain health and in turn, should induce/prolong motivation.

You could also try supplementing with L-Tyrosine(Dopamine precursor) and L-Tryptophan(Serotonin precursor) if you start to lose your drive and motivation, just make sure to supplement both as to not cause an imbalance of these neurotransmitters.
Adding an antioxidant(like cysteine) can lower your risk of certain neurodegenerative disease aswell as improve your mental functioning.
