I have been using the Life Extension (LeF) "integra-lean irvingia" Irvingia gabonensis product for over a year, (with good results i may add)
but with their in comparison kinda pricey for what i kind of assume to be just a regular extract of African mango.
On the Life Extension page for the product in question, they state "Integra-Lean® Irvingia is protected by U.S. Patent No. 7,537,790."
i checked out the patent in question, and found that the patent seemed to be regarding the extracts ability to curve weight problems,
but nowhere could i find any actual information regarding the extract itself or what they meant with "IGOB-131® proprietary extract" as they also state on the page.
This leads me to think that the IGOB-131 extract is not a special extract, but simply a regular extract of Irvingia Gabonensis that have a patent attached to it.
But.. Am i wrong? Did i miss anything?!.. Its just, if it's just a simple extract i could just buy any other trustworty extract of the herb in bulk instead.
