I recently started taking bacopa (mainly for anxiety) and am wondering, is it safe to take bacopa and phenibut on the same day?  I have some Relax-All capusles left, that contain 600mg tryptophan, 200mg calcium, 200mg magnesium, 500mg phenibut,  300 mg valerian Root Extract, inositol, Ashwaghanda (1.5% withanolides), Chamomile Flowers (Anthemis nobilis) and Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) per serving.  Any feedback is much appreciated!!!

Bacopa can potentiate tranquilizers but it's safe. Continous use of Bacopa can upregulate GABA-B and -A receptors (or at least reverse downregulation) so that's also good regarding Phenibut usage.
