I recently got diagnosed with ADD (+ Depression and minor Social Anxiety) , and shortly after I started Ritalin but it didn't really work so I switched to Dextro-Amphetamine (Dexedrine).
I have read a lot about the dangers of Dextro-Amphetamine (that's how I discovered this forum) and about supplementation.
But before buying expensive supplements or nootropics I want to get the basics (nutrition, exercise, sleep, meditation and basic/cheap supplements) 100% right.
This is what I have got so far:
Goals:
-Improve General Health, ADD and Cognitive Performance
-Harm Preventing/Reducing
-Same medication effectiveness everyday
-Keep Urinary Ph stable and around neutral during the day
-Preventing/Slowing down Tolerance

-Creatine
-Omega 3
-Vitamin D
-Magnesium Malate
-Vitamin B Complex
-Multivitamin
-Melatonin
-(CoQ10, will buy this soon and take it in the evening)

-Creatine (4 gr.)
-Vitamin D (2.500iU)

-Eggs + Bread + Olive Oil + Butter
-Banana
During the Day:
-Dextro-Amphetamine (10 mg)
-Magnesium (150 mg Elemental)
-Banana
-Fruit (Apples, Pears)
-Yoghurt

-Multivitamin
-Vitamin B Complex
-Omega 3 (3000 mg, EPA 570 mg + DHA 400 mg)
-Orange Juice (500ml)
-Chicken + Rice + Vegetables
Evening/Before Bed
-Remaining Calories: High Fat and/or High Carb meals
-Whey + Milk (25 gr. + 250 ml)
-Magnesium (300 mg Elemental)
-Melatonin (2 mg)
-Zinc (15 mg)
-(CoQ10, will buy this soon and take it in the evening)
Should I change something?
Any basic/cheap supplements I should add?
For now I will folow this regimen also on non amphetamine days, obviously I can eat/take many things whenever I want during the day, but should I add any supplements? (I have L-Tyrosine and Vitamin C here, not sure if it would make sense taking these on off days)
Supplements I will try or look into in the future:
- ALCAR
- NAC
- Ginko Biloba
- Bacopa
- Memantine
- Alpha-GPC
- Uridine
- L-Theanine
- DMAE
- ALA
- Various Nootropics
Probably forgot and/or will add things to this list, but for now I will stick to basics and take small steps from there on.
Suggestions are welcome!
