Which would you guys choose from the following:

http://www.amazon.co...3 plus K2 Dots™

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003YQCZDC

I'm currently taking the Twinlab ones but I have to take two a day to get an amount I think is OK. I also get some Vit D in my Multi but I only take that twice a week. The Nutricology has the benefit of vit E (good form) and Vit A. Not sure if this is good or bad. I'm getting vit A in diet and multi and I take red palm oil once a week for Vit E.

Thoughts? Alternatives are also welcomed I do need a D with K2 mk7 though.

Thanks!

There are really no differences when it comes to vitamin D supplements. Just make sure it is D3 (cholecalciferol) and choose whatever product suits you best. The most economical form is usually an MCT oil with a dropping glas, like the one by ĹEF, providing 2.3 million IU per bottle (about 1 cent per 1000 IU).

While it may be a good idea to supplement K2 in its own right, it is a myth that you need to supplement both vitamins together. As long as you are not utterly deficient in vitamin K (which is almost impossible eating even a half-decent diet), there is no downside in taking D3 without K2.

Yeah I know they don't need to be combined; just like to. I guess I could look into seperating them...

Why do you mention MCT oil? I take it in my coffee already but it doesnt have vitamin d in it.

I take 5000 IU D3 (Doctor's Best) and 90 mcg MK-7 (Jarrow). Going above 10,000 IU retinol per week is overdoing it.
