I have been feeling a bit blue due to the lack of sleep as of late.
I am wondering if enhancing my daily mood will enhance sleep and then feed a positive cycle going.
Here's my stack so far:
St. Johns wort (990micrograms)
100mg 5htp
0.25gram melatonin (slow release tab quartered)
I also take these as needed:
1g Alcar
700mg Choline Citrate
580mg Aniracetam
B Complex
25-50mg Modafanil (every 2nd day)
700mg ZMA
Does any one see negative chemical interactions between my stacks? I hear that 5htp shouldn't be taken with St Johns wort, but also I hear the contrary.
