I'm leaving this forum due to ocd about my health, I had drug induced brain damage, psychosis, with a history of major depression and also cancer.

Diet: vegetables, carotene or carrots, blueberries, apple, lemon juice.
Fish oil, Olive oil, salmon, calamari, quality red meat.

QUITTING SMOKING stopped my headaches.

Course of zoloft or prozac for lack of cognitive empathy/dissociation, good for if you've ever had trouble staring in the mirror at all in your life, only use a psychiatrist for this.

The phone application called Headspace is brilliant, it's 100usd for a years sub.

Books: the meditation exercises from 'get out of your mind and in to your life' 'mindfulness for bpd' see a cbt psychologist for guidance.

Mindful jogging so no obsession with numbers or even listening to music, just focus on your breath and feet/muscles.

GETTING AN ECG FOR ANY HEART PALPITATIONS OR DIZZINESS DURING EXERCISE IS IMPORTANT.

PERSONALLY: Risperidone for adhd traits and outbursts, this is not permanent, it helps me a lot with cbt and I need to continue on it despite having been cleared of psychosis.

There are specialists such as geneticists and toxicologists you may want to consider consulting with before looking for answers online.

Merry Christmas and have a happy new year.

Polydrug use with a personality disorder, so latter causing useless communication with my family doctor. I don't wanna go in to it any further because it becomes political and about medical ethics. All I can say is be your own health advocate and not all doctors are equal.

I have a lot of cognitive work to do and I need to move on from health problems. If anyone mentions medical ptsd and needs answers they can pm me and I should reply within 3 months.

Regarding rc, I'm actually still interested in the new one by cayman chemicals for Alzheimer's but tbh I don't feel I need it.

I forgot to mention music therapy, positive happy music with the least amount of vocals is best.

Whatever you like really apart from stuff that's negative. It serves two purposes, to boost your mood and to train you to listen to sounds, if you don't listen to much music you need to see a psychiatrist, it could be depression without you even realizing it.

if you have no preference I recommend trance and classical.
