This site suggests 6 anti - aging things. Have you tried some of them?

What is your opinion on them?

Nice Photoshop. Love how the lipstick and eyebrows are darker on the right pic. :|?

Instead of Fractional Laser resurfacing I Dermaroll.

Vitamin K2, especially the MK7 form, would be a better alternative IMO than statins. Google "vitamin K2 and skin aging" for some good reading.

Spotting photoshoped pictures is also nice. lol   We will not be misled from a fake photo. Have you tried some of the above techniques? Maybe you have tried Dermaroll. What is your feed-back?

And do you mind sharing some feed-back? Are you satisfied from the things, you use? If so, which helped you the most?

I'm not trying to correct anything. My skin has always looked good (48yo).....Cant say what has helped me the most. I believe in the tried and true products. High % zinc sunscreen, retin-a. vitamin C serum, Niacinamide, copper peptides, dermarolling, facial exercises, various other topical antioxidants, supplements like lycopene, lutein, astaxanthin, K2 to name a few. Paleoish diet when possible, 1 large green salad daily, 1 nutribullet smoothie daily.... .... An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

I have been dermarolling for almost 3 years on and off without any results at all.

Dr Setterfield is considered to be one of the experts of dermal rolling. He even published a book: http://www.dermalint...ield-book.html

Dr Fernandes has also published a manual on micro needling called "Illustrated Guide to Percutaneous Collagen Induction: Basics, Indications, Uses (Aesthetic Methods for Skin Rejuvenation)http://www.amazon.co...24585526&sr=1-1

I have read both of the books, and followed their protocols, but I haven't been impressed with the results at all. According to Dr Setterfield, cosmetic dermal rollers allow up to 80% more product into skin.  Why I haven't got any results, I don't know. I used a variety of topicals with the roller: Copper Peptides, HA Serums, Vitamin Serums, etc.

How old are you? What skin corrections are you looking to have from Dermarolling?

I am 35. I want to soften wrinkles, and improve the tone & texture of the skin.
