Okay so I picked up some whey protein. Some of you should know my story so I won't go into it. I'm trying to combat ADD-PI with exercise and diet. Some of you will probably say just get your protein needs from diet, well so far I'm taking one shake in the morning and one after exercise and sometimes one at night, I AM EATING! Is supplementing with whey protein good or bad for you? and can it help with ADD? (Every diet for ADD basically says protein is the fundamental key when it comes to ADD and diet)  obviously their are no studies on whey protein and ADD at least I'm not aware of any. Any thoughts or comments?

I'd make sure you have a whey protein shake with some raw potato starch, or green banana starch, within 20 min of waking up. More starch withing 20 min of sleeping with a probiotic.  It's a good start, for sure.
