I just thought I would briefly share my experience with CILTeP with you guys.
Essentially the first, second days I felt nothing much from the stack. On the third day I noticed a small difference and on the fourth I noticed a significant change in motivation and mood. I take 3 capsules of the natural stacks branded CILTeP and 2x No Doz Plus tablets upon waking, on an empty stomach.
In short if it hasn't worked instantly for you maybe try a few days on it...
