What do you guys think of this?
Let's say you do two weeks of hard weight lifting, then two weeks of bike riding, hiking, etc, then two weeks of something else then repeat?
Or let's say you did a month of weight training then stop and do a month of MMA training (or any singular martial arts) along with bicycling or something (is it really necessary to weight train all year round?)?
Just an idea I am bandying about in my head to try and keep the exercise part of health and fitness fun and less repetitious!
So the question, in addition to "what do you guys think" would be, isn't this a good idea in terms of simulating the variability of activity our paleo ancestors partook in?
And on a scale of 1-10 how healthy is it for our bodies to have this variable approach?
