Since the start of what I would consider my "depressive episode" I've had very frequent diahreaa. By frequent I mean almost everyday I have diahreaa, sometimes my stool is normal-ish, but almost always loose, today it was very very loose basically watery, and I've had to go several times.

What is the connection between diahreaa and serotonin?

Could I possibly have too much serotonin ?

Note that my diet is very healthy, and I've noticed anything that increases serotonin causes worse diahreaa
