I think this might be a weird topic so I will try to keep it clean when possible.
Let me give some background. I think in general I'm pretty normal when it comes to this. To show you, if I haven't had sex in a while, like a week or so, I will probably only last about a minute or so. But if I am having regular sex I can pretty much go as much as I want. Ignoring what you read online, that is pretty average I think.
I broke up with my ex about a year ago and it was about a year until I had sex again. In that time I Have been taking various supplements for a few reasons but mostly Alcar and NAC for tinnitus. I was taking those regularly. A while ago I had sex for the first time after my breakup and I basically was going forever.
You would think that since it had been so long it would've been very fast.
I wasn't anticipating this so I didn't masturbate beforehand, either.
The only other thing I can think of is maybe some mineral imbalance cuz I feel like I Have a bit of tendonitis right now. Maybe zinc?
