A stack you might want to try: Rhodiola, Ginseng, Ashwaganda, Shizandra, Gaba, Nicotinamide Riboside.

I find that it does. I use Niagen.

Also, matcha green tea is great for focus. I find that it's more effective than taking a theanine capsule.

i feel alot of energy from 2000mg of milk thistle 4:1 extract. refreshing too! my vision
is cleared a little too.l i dont know just vitality.

powder city has 100% customer service and quality extracts, vitamins and just great stuff.

the aniracetam is awesome love it at 500mg you can focus from that dose its that pure it only lasts 2 to 3 hours the most 4.
does matcha give you energy like coffee does and without jitters?

Great to hear milk thistle worked for you.  I know some people who've taken milk thistle to treat OCD and anxiety, it helped some.

My experience with matcha is jitter-free energy.

have you used lobelia as a nootropic instead of tobacco?

im having a hard time finding herbs with pyrrolidine alkaloids or chemical structure related all there is is anabasine, lobeline, arecoline but would citicoline feel stimulating like caffeine is?

Never tried CDP choline, though Alpha GPC makes me jittery. Not familiar with those other esoteric herbs but a quick search shows iobelia to be toxic with continued use.

Since your just starting out OP, I'd recommend pre-formulated supplements like http://www.jarrow.co...Neuro_Optimizer or another similar product from another trusted brand.
