Well it's been 2 weeks now. Haven't really notice much change .... Been doing a lot of reading and online classes videos.... One thing I notice today is after taking my dosage late in the day. 30 mins later I felt like falling asleep and now I'm trying to study and my eyes are closing. Caught myself falling into a deep sleep. The only issue is that i'm at work lol...

Could it be that one of the nootropics dosage is to much?

 

Over the weekend I don't take any nootropics for my 2 rest day.

 

Any feedback or ideas let me know. Below is the stack I'm on right now.

 

Morning / Later Afternoon Dosage ... I take these dosage twice a day.

• Alpha-GPC 300 mg
• Noopept 10 mg
• Pramiracetam 250 mg
• Anireacetam 800 mg

Night Dosage

• Oxiracetam 250mg

• Bacopa Monnieri 50% 375 mg

what is the rational behind using oxi at night? I thought most people would use it before studying?

Well that is true. I take it couple hours before bed. Right when I'm about to head to be then I take the Bacopa Monnieri 50%
