How can I agonize my nicotinic receptors without actually using nicotine?

By using an anticholinesterase inhibitor = more acetylcholine.

Periodic use will cause production of anticholinesterase enzyme to upregulate leading to somewhat lower acetylcholine levels.

I use a small dose of datura stramonium seeds for AChE inhibition. Huperzine A, Rosemary, lemon oil also work.

Memantine will unregulate the alpha 7 nicotinic receptor.
