Just thought I would post this as I noticed improvements with myself after injesting jarrow whey unflavored concentrate 3 scoops per day which is roughly 50 grams I also feel better physically then I saw all these studies on whey and alpha lactobulmin helping depression and sociability but I didn't know about the studies until I noticed these effects by surprise I added the additional whey trying to help recover degenerated disc in back
Noticed improvement from the first day of dosing this amount! And every day since!
