I wanna try this cause literature says it significantly improves adhdpi symptoms. The ER version is still in trial and the IR version is too expensive to import which is some chemist in india. I hear you can make it at home instead.

"Metadoxine is an ion-pair between pyrrolidon carboxilate (PCA) and pyridoxine (vit. B6) with the two compounds linked in a single product by salification. This process synergistically increases its pharmacological activity" https://www.ncbi.nlm...PMC1764726/#B17

I am thinking of getting vitamin b6 or P5P which is an advanced version of B5.

I can't find any PCA and the closest that is L-pyroglutamic acid. Googling pyrrolidon carboxilate PCA will show pyroglutamic acid. Is pyrrolidon carboxilate PCA the same thing as pyroglutamic acid? if not will L-pyroglutamic acid will produce a similar effect? or will it be a waste of money?

I am wondering whether it would even stay in your body for long. You could only just dissolve them in water.

What would the ratio and dosage be?

Also has anyone attempted this?

I seriously doubt that mixing the two in water will create the new compound.

I guess I'll look for something else then, there's limited meds that work for inattentive ADHD type and I've tried practically every psychiatry meds.
