I've recently added Afobazole to my stack four days ago to help me slowly taper benzodiazepines and opioids, and other GABAergic drugs. I included a few links that I have been trying to read to better understand how this compound may work. It is a benzimidazole derivative and may fight disease in some way. I'm also noting it has some structural similarity to tryptamines and there is no carboxyl group present in the structure, so I'm wondering how this plays out biosynthetically for MAO-A inhibition and GABA production. Then I'm noting moieties of the structure trying to deduce how it may work. Also, the ether groups and how they may affect GABA and the melatonin receptors. Not sure if anyone can help me figure this out better.

Oh Jeez. This is the second time this has happened. I keep posting in the business/retail forum while selecting new topics in the brain health forum. I don't know how to use this forum yet. I want this to be in the brain health forum. I have severe benzo, opiate, and GABAergic withdrawl that is completely disabling, so I don't mean to suck so bad. Can someone please move this thread in a place where it will be noticed.
