Beautifully done.
Have you had any experience with Rhodiola Rosea, Resveratrol, Blueberry extract, Spirulina/Chlorella, or Bacopa?

Thank you, Grantthegreat.

I've only tried Rhodiola but it hadn't any noticeable effect on me.

Maybe a useful supplementation to this stack could be creatine monohydrate 5g.

Sure. I have found that Creatine helps but it is dependent on one's lifestyle. If you are active (i.e. a runner or exercise quite a bit). Use can increase maximum power and performance in high-intensity anaerobic repetitive work by up to 15 percent. In all honesty I would be wary of using 5g of Creatine initially, to start I would begin with right around 2 or 3 g just because that is what research states is the best. Lastly I would recommend drinking more water all together....If you don't drink the recommended amount already. That alone will help mental function much more than almost anything you can get at a store or online. Hope this helps.

--Dr Caroline Rae, who led the study said that "the results were clear with both our experimental groups and in both test scenarios. Creatine supplementation gave a significant measurable boost to brain power."

Although in my experience, many people will "load" on creatine monohydrate with 10 or more grams for a few days. But I don't recommend this. I think 5 grams is perfect if you are 150-200lbs.

This stack looks great by the way. Have you considered using piracetam along with the oxi and ani?

I've also heard a lot about the bulletproof coffee, what is so great about it and have you noticed any difference from regular coffee? (I love coffee :P)

Actually I'm using Piracetam. I will consider to add it in the full stack along with Oxi and Ani, anyway the concept behind this stack is to gain the benefit of racetams without waiting the typical loading time of Piracetam but without exagerating with the dosages in order to make it safe.

Bulletproof coffee recipe is: mycotoxins free coffee + grass fed butter + mct oil. It gives much more energy than normal coffee: it can fuel up for 8 hours straight. The true power behind bulletproof coffee is the last ingredient. MCT's are healty fats that the body can't store, so they are used instantly from the body for the metabolic functions.

Did a little more research on it after reading this post. I'm definitely going to be trying bp coffee asap. I did paleo for a year so I already knew about the metabolic aspect. Never thought to mix butter and oil with coffee though. Sounds awesome from what I've been reading about it! Thanks for sharing.
Gonna have to wait til' payday though :(

I would just like to point out that mycotoxins are not a concern with any major brand of coffee. It's not some thing that Dave Asprey discovered and found a unique solution for, but rather a well known side effect of bad processing and long storage times. Buy coffee from any reputable coffee shop or organic food market and you will have this "mythical" mycotoxin-free coffee, for far less than "Bulletproof Coffee" from Dave Asprey's private collection of huckster artifacts.

There's been a lot of recent discussion on the legitimacy of Dave Asprey's claims. He's obviously intelligent and has scientific ambition but my trust in his integrity is pretty tarnished.

Apparently Robb Wolf first started the GF-Butter and MCT oil coffee as well. In any case.. it IS pretty amazing.

I stack 800 mg of Oxiracetam and Aniracetam 2x daily and 250 mg of CDP Choline 2x daily along with fish oil 4x daily. Great stack!

I've tried that stack, BigJohn. It's pretty good, a nice blend of stimulation and anxiolysis. The CDP Choline is good at that dosage, but don't exceed that since it is a very potent form of choline and can easily lead to depression.

Also, Nice avatar. Pendulum rules!

Do you take the racetams, choline and fish oil at the same time or different times?

I can second that BP + aniracetam is a great morning regime, my friends were always wondering why I was so happy when going to work in the morning when they still half zombified.

Highly debated. Dave can guarantee mycotoxin free coffee 100% all the time, wheras the majority of the big brands have mycotoxin free coffee the majority of the time.  There isin't much info and much is unknown(as usual) but go onto the BP forum and get anecdotal evidence from people who have drank coffee for the last 10 years, it will be a lot clearer than any amount of pointless, biased studies.
