I just took it sublingually, there was no taste to it like others stated. It clumps up to any humidity at all. It was a pain to measure out exactly 10mg. I used my favorite mouth wash along with it to help it out, lol. Took both my choline supplement and racetam. I'll give it 30 minutes to an hour to see if anything comes of 10mg.
