Rol82, none of these women are even remotely attractive.

Who else though can't read women writers? I literally have never read a novel written by a woman and I prefer texts/news that're written by men too!

Women waft and most have either too little confidence or too much when it comes to the tone their prose carries.

None of these women are even remotely attractive? You must have a pretty absurd standard for beauty then? Anyway, you're missing the point of the list, because these women were not just selected because of their superficial qualities. Rather, their intelligence was a more heavily weighed criterion, but their physical charms also matter, otherwise I might've put someone like Christina Romer on the list. Part of the appeal of the list is the satiation of the desire for a highly cerebral woman that has the added virtue of being sexually scintillating---which is a rare combination. I mean, do you know of any Nobel laureates that resemble Helen of Troy? For some reason that's alluding me, it just doesn't happen. Of course, women with model-like looks can be fun, but then you have to suffer through conversing with them, which is often a brutal experience.

Haha, yeah, sadly none of them even slightly appeal to me. Weisberger comes close but is still far. My ideal is 18-22 and model-like.

You're right though, conversing with women like that is a nightmare. Seem to think that everyone has a debt to them because of their physical appearance and that it somehow makes them a good person. Though, considering how often a hot chick is hit on by the cretinous man, it would be hard to not mistake the attention as being given for a reason other than sex appeal.

Sorry, I've a real axe to grind here. Ach ach ach.
