Day 1: Placebo or for real?

Today was my first day after my first dose of C60. I didn't really feel any different, but did notice some increase in strength. I don't know if this was placebo or due to the C60, but despite not having taken any pre-workout (citrulline malate or caffeine), I was able to increase my lifts a little more than usual. At some lifts I even could have done some more reps, but didn't want to risk any injuries.
Today was workout A:
Close Grip Bench Press: 56.5, 54, 51.5, 51.5 51.5
Incline Bench: 36, 33.5, 31
Lateral Raise: 14.25 (9, 9, 9)
Close Grip Bench Press: 51.5, 49, 44
Chest Dips: 10 (10, 10, 10)
Tomorrow will be leg day, workout C, I'll keep in touch!
