Hi Everyone,
I have had anxity for two years now and recentley during day when I am outside, The anxity goes up during day and during the day if I dont have food every 3-4 hour My head feels very ligt, dizzy, and spaced out I cant think or do a normal task propley My Doctor had simply said "You feel" this way I cant see anything phyical therefore dischagred me.. What do you guys tink I know everyone here is on much advanced issues and everyone here very knpwdlegeable I really appricate all the help and advise Thank you
