I suspect some of this might actually be stemming from actual anxiety and me focusing on what I say to others to much but I’m only 19 and I’ve definitely been noticing some brain fog. I just feel “out of it” and I’ve noticed at my job that I often need reminders or need to ask things again to make sure. I definitely know diet and exercise could be a problem because I’ve stopped lifting and I’ve been eating more carb heavy. Is there anything else I could include to work at my best everyday?
