I'm thinking to take colostrum to repair my gut. Would taking probiotics too be a positive addition to this stack, or would it be partially redundant as colustrum already has similar properties to probiotics? And as a side question, can anybody tell me a good protocol/regimen for using colustrum (how long of daily use is sufficient for a good healing of the gut, etc..)? Thanks.
taking colostrum. would taking probiotics synergize or overlap (be redundant)?
