Hi guys. I made a thread about this before, trying to figure out what is causing my eyelid twitches. I cut out all the ones I thought might have caused it for a month (piracetam, kava, noopept and phenibut) and the twitching did not relent at all. It is pretty much a constant twitch in my right lower eyelid that starts in the morning and keeps going until I fall asleep. It is not painful in any way, but it is incredibly annoying---think of a child repeatedly poking the right side of your eyeball all day. Here is what I am currently taking (potassium I added because someone suggested it might reduce eye twitching). I want to note that most of these supplements are new ones that I started to take after the eye twitching started---except for zinc, magnesium, and fish oil.
Morning:
- Magnesium glycinate 400mg
- Fish oil 1000mg
- Chelated zinc 25mg
- Folate 800mcg
Evening
- L-Citrulline 750mg
- D3 1000iu
- Potassium citrate 99mg
- B-12 500 mcg
- L-Histadine 500mg
Occasional use (1-2 times a week or less)
- Kava
- Piracetam
- Noopept
- Phenibut
If you guys have any supplements to suggest, I will give them a try. This twitching is driving me nuts.
