Following a vegan diet , IBS , allergies, sleep insomnia , General anxiety .
I was wondering , just how much practical information can i take out of a DNA map from 23andme to better understand my own dietery needs , what compliments my dna in it and what not.
is there another platform other than 23and me that can give me a broader analysis?

23andMe won't give you very much analysis, but you can browse or download your data, then upload it to various other analysis sites. The connection between your genome and your dietary needs / responses is called "nutrigenomics". It's somewhat in its infancy. Here's a thread that deals with it.
