For those who take NAC for glutathione boosting:
- I personally don't have too much doubt on NAC's safety--in where I was born NAC is an OTC mucolytic, and people with COPD are often given 600mg NAC daily and indefinitely. But it seems that quite a few people who take it for glutathione boosting (or for mental health) cycle it. So do you cycle NAC?
- If you cycle, how do you you do it? And what do you take when you're not taking NAC? L-Cysteine? Reduced/liposomal glutathione?
