Odd that the Kindle edition of a book is 50% more expensive than the paperback. Shouldn't Kindle prices reflect no printing & distribution?

It sounds like you're working with the good Dr. Ash in NYC. He also put me on 12,000 mg a day divided into 3 doses on an empty stomach. He had me buy his expensive Pure Essentials brand.
