Off CR for the past year, the Nad+ synthesis theory to stop the ageing process has not be proven yet, but can be done with amino acids and whey protein. Whey protein contains two elements, Nicotinamide Riboside Kinase, and tryptophan needed for NAD+ synthesis along with niacin. It is known fact NAD+ synthesis is another way to increase sirtuins instead of using CR.

Age reversal for me is 10 times harder than the normal person. ROS (reactive oxygen species) is predominating. I have been HIV+ for over 14 years. I have been on Age producing toxic HIV MEDS for over 13 years. I also smoke 1-1/2 packs a day.

In 2002 I began my first quest in bio tech; I made an immune adjuvant for HIV so the immune system could kill off 99% of all HIV in the body. I was successful in doing so, HIV as you know can kill T-cell lymphocytes, but also cause programmed cell death by activating FAS-L.
