Should I be doing vegan/vegetarian CR or add in some organic meats? Why do vegans always get into nutrient deficiency troubles?

Vegans always get into nutrient deficiency troubles because we evolved as omnivores. Cats die of taurine deficiency 'cause their genes 'assume' they have tons of it from all the meat; rats and humans don't, because our evolutionary background is omnivorous rather than carnivorous. Same with vitamin C in primates vs. most other animals, etc.
