Antifragile comes down to aging. If you are young, your body is better able to handle things. Say I take something that detoxes my brain... at my age, there are no side effects, and my liver probably gets healthier and more resilient. At 65+ someone's liver or kidney might fail under the load. That's why there are side effects. That and food colorings...
