The way you formulated that sentence makes it an easy choice rather than a dilemma ;)
Although considering your penchant for hedonistic vices I think you're already lamenting the aftermath of the obvious choice. Go for it :)

It's a dilemma in the sense that one has to decide whether or not weaker forms of pleasure are worth the inevitable consequences. And since I obviously chose to succumb to temptation, it's more of a dilemma for next year, and a cautionary message to others.
