Got rear ended over a year ago. It was pretty bad. Feel like I hit some heavy potholes while I was recovering and it disrupted my recovery.

I'm still getting tinnitus, daily headaches, less ability to deal with stress... It's really deteriorating my quality of life.

I am hoping that bpc-157 will help a lot. I already take uridine, fish oil. phoshpatidylcholine / serine. I don't want to give up hope of a full recovery yet... It's impacting my ability to perform at work.

What else would you try / have you tried?

Try rhodiola, fluoxetine and piracetam. Also eat blueberries, soft eggs and fresh salmon like crazy.

Have you tried BPC yet. I’m in similar situation. 6 years of PCS. I just started low dose of Growth Hormone as I was found to be deficient. Thinking of adding BPC-157 and TB500 and then doing HBOT if that doesn’t work.
