What liver enzymes are needed for Tianeptine Sulfate and Tianeptine Sodium? If someone’s DNA test shows that they tend to lack these particular liver enzymes, is there a food or supplement that can help? This drug has been unbelievably effective in helping me with depression and anxiety, however it doesn't always work when I take it. When this happens, I'll try taking more than the therapeutic dose but it still doesn't make a difference. I have the same inconsistency with both Tianeptine Sulphate and Tianeptine Sodium.

The first thing I ask when I have this issue with any substance is if it's related to when I eat.  There are substances that won't be absorbed as efficiently or absorbed more efficiently when taken with food.  Food can also have an effect on the rate that a substance is absorbed.

 

I don't know anything about what you're asking about in particular, but I just think it's always best to try the simplest things before getting more complicated.  

 

Kind of like a mechanic working on a car.  There might be all kinds of issue causing that funny sound from your car, but the mechanic will look for the simplest and most common issues that can cause that and only after that's been cancelled out will he/she start looking for less common issues and issues that take more work to dx and fix.
