Goal is overall health and keeping blood thin as it tends to get thick since I am on testosterone. And reduction of neurotoxicity from amphetamines.

That's a lot of stuff hehe. Have you seen this thread about Vinpocetine:

You might wanna reconsider if it's a keeper in your stack, though it does have its uses.

 

Also, are you taking turmeric with black pepper? As black pepper massively increases its bioavailability.

I would be concerned about interactions between them and simply overdosing of some, considering the amts and frequency you take them, but I'm sure you would notice these things.

 

I do have questions if you care to answer!

 

1) What (or who) motivated you to start these?  Or do you take them on faith that they must be good for you?

2) You mention overall health. What have these done for you? Just kept you healthy? Or turned you superhuman (seriously)?

3) How do you know which or which combination of these provides the benefits you are looking for, while taking so many it must be difficult to know?

4) How much, in terms of $$, does this cost you a month?

 

Personally, I (used to) think I take quite a few supplements (about 20 of yours match mine). But considering your 'stack', I'm reassessing that opinion!

I started using it because of its anti-clot like factors and it’s effect on striatal dopamine Seems to be a positive thing for and feta mean users like myself. But I only take it if you days a week and cycling on and off I don’t really feel much from it anyway I might drop it.

The curcumin are use before had Bioperine but I switched to logvida with the assumption it was not needed but I might add it.

I guess you could say I use all these supplements as a Band-Aid over a bullet wound from years of anabolic steroid use. Even though I am only on hormone replacement therapy now my hemoglobin tends to be on the higher side. Phlebotomies work great but I only do 2-3yr otherwise it tanks my ferritin which is far more dangerous than elevated hemoglobin. Plus a few studies have come out that hormone replacement therapy induced secondary polycythemia does not cause the same side effects as genetic polycythemia and/or erythrocytosis. But I still like to play it safe and use as many supplements that help with anti-clotting and act as salicylates. Many of the other supplements are heart protective which is why I add them as well. I’m not sure on how much everything costs. It’s really not that much when you look at how long they last, etc.

I don’t believe any of the supplements I take have any negative interactions but I could be wrong.

I don’t really “feel” any of them as they are just supplements. I did not start all of them at once I slowly Inc. new supplements over the years from reading and research. I think the only way I would “feel“ something is if I stopped all of them LOL
