Interesting that beta hydroxybutyrate salts have all these positive effects. I like Muscle Research Keto Salt as it’s sweetened with stevia and had 12g Beta Hydroxybutyrate (as hydroxybutyric acid and Calcium Salt, 3- hydroxybutyric acid and Sodium Salt) per serving.

I’m thinking Exogenous Ketone Esthers may be even better than the salts.
