Unhealthy:

- fluoride in water and toothpaste

- GMO food, sugar,Salt, Processed Foods 

- pollution

- vaccines

-wifi signals bad for health + TV / radio frequenzy unhealthy/microwave also.

-artificial heat and light  unhealthy

-chemtrails

-Shampoo, makeup, parfyum, plastic , etc all are unhealthy they have xenoestrogens which are very bad for your health (it converts to estrogen in the body)

 

 

How To Imrpove Your Health

-Get 8 hours of sleep (more if needed)

-Workout 5 times a week

-Most drugs prescribed by your doctor have way more side effects than benefits(Im not saying stop taking medication given by your doctor, that could be dangerous, im just saying take this into consideration)

-Stop smoking and drinking alcohol

-Be positive not negative, there was a study done, a person used 2 plants, one which he said positive  words to, and the other one which he said negative words, after a period of time, the plant with positive words was healthy, but the negative plant had rotten. There was also another study which showed that a person by being positive changed their DNA and made their DNA more healthy or something I don´t remember exactly. So I can assume being negative hurts your health.

-Don´t lower stress, what I mean is don´t avoid it, will just become worse, it is better if you expose yourself to situations and you will eventually get used to it

-dont stay up too late, humans were made to sleep during night and awake during day. Dont sleep with lights on.

-Avoid unhealthy foods , get a good diet.

-Avoid Soda and caffeine

- Avoid fast food

-intermitting fasting (people are eating way too much food these days)

-go outside  more sun exposure  etc

-No fap

-drink plenty of water 

 

We are being brainwashed by media the news etc, When you listen to everything going on with your daily life, think about what you are hearing don´t just believe it and form your own conclusion/thoughts . Becuase believieng everything you hear is unhealthy , the brain is neuroplastic and can change its form and shape by just your thinking, so be careful what you believe becuase that could potentially change your brain wire it differently and cause adverse effects.

 

If you know anything about how to improve your health or things that are damaging our health  that I didnt mention or you wanna add on please post below.

- Dental Dangers from Toxic Dentistry  (gold/silver fillings on teeth)

-cosmetics,perfumes,Antiperspirants

-Plastic food containers, plastic drink bottles,fabric softners,nonstick cookware,baby care products, shower curtains , bug spray,dry cleaned clothes,

-corn  and soybeans

-tv and game consoles

-desktop computer and laptops

-cell phones

-Avoid artificial food additives of all kind, including artificial sweeteners and MSG

-Remove any metal fillings as they’re a major source of mercury. Be sure to have this done by a qualified biological dentist.
-Have your tap water tested and, if contaminants are found, install an appropriate water filter on all your faucets (even those in your shower or bath).
-Avoid using artificial air fresheners, dryer sheets, fabric softeners or other synthetic fragrances as they can pollute the air you are breathing.
-gas pumps
-Nail salons
-Use proper ventilation
 
 

There are like over 90000 tousand chemicals introducted by humans in todays society.

TAKE THE PROPER SUPPLEMENTS, Im too lazy to list them all:

-Iodine removes fluoride from the body, fluoride is built up in the pineal gland, so melatonin at night to help detoxify the pineal gland.

-Make your own water, what I mean is there are ways to remove the fluoride from the water look it up

-Use non-fluoride toothpaste

-Eat less than more

-Dont paint your hair or use hair products

I agree with a lot of what you said except I don't think you need a 5 day a week work out regimen. I think 2 or 3 days is adequate particularly if you have a metabolic advantage from proper dieting.

GMO food as being harmful is pretty all encompassing. It also is patently false. If you said 'some' GMO food, then yes, you would be right.


Never mind, you listed vaccines and chemtrails too..... you are one of 'those' people..

I think a big way the government hurts us is big pharmac’s prescription drugs. I wouldn’t be surprised if the same people who make a specific drug make the same drug you take for with drawling from it.

I can see the value in that.  But when you start to say, for example, because plastic is super convenient and disposable that the people making it are hurting us while we buying it are not hurting ourselves, I start to disagree

I’m leaning more towards big Pharma only caring about profit. Many drugs are needed and good for some people but the problem is when Dr.’s prescribe say Oxy for back pain and then we all know what happens after that. I wonder if the owners of Oxy have ties with the owners of suboxon and methadone. I wouldn’t be surprised. Dr.’s are also to blame when prescribing hard drugs like this. It only takes a week to get addicted to opiates and they prescribe them for months. Then take Adderall for example. Handed out like candy but they don’t explain to you that one day when you need to stop taking it you will go through living hell.

Macrobiotics covers all of the above. It does.
Look up Sanpaku, it’s when the eyes look up to the sun for more info. The third eye looks up, up, yes, look, maybe. Boron, copper and magnesium seem to be holding everyone back from becoming whole. All other minerals are important but supplementing anything should be done sparingly where possible unless it’s a course, or testing/evaluating.
Copper disregulation, they keep connecting the dots.
Copper is the head mineral, we should start with the head, after all it leads the body.
